Who could it be?

On September 19th, Ukraine’s broadcaster, NTU, said that Ukraine would not be participating due to financial issues and the current political crisis going on in the country. On 20 September 2014, Ukrainian music producer Timofey Nagorny announced that he would be willing to fund and arrange a Ukrainian entry for 2015.
Other possibilities are Croatia, Turkey, and Slovakia.
