Dutch artist to be announced on November 25

Following the success of the internally-selected Anouk for the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest, TROS, the Dutch national broadcaster, has chosen to once again select their representative internally.
Since the introduction of semi-finals in 2004, The Netherlands had only managed to qualify for the Grand Final a single time, and in that same year. With Anouk and her mysterious song “Birds,” the country finally broke the pattern and qualified, reaching the 9th place.
Just who will get the ticket to Copenhagen will not be revealed until November 25, leaving plenty of time for rumors and speculations. Ilse DeLange, a highly successful Dutch country and pop singer, is already being mentioned as a possible choice by eurovision.tv, giving the speculation some credibility.
The announcement will be made from the Wisseloord Studios in Hilversum.
