Eric Saade releases new single: “Girl From Sweden”

Twenty-four year-old Eric Saade represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011, with the song “Popular,” finishing in third place. This year, he competed in Melodifestivalen with the song “Sting.”

Now, the singer has released his summer-single called “Girl From Sweden!”


The single is an upbeat summer track in the usual high-confidence style of Eric Saade, singing about the offers from around the world he has to turn down as he already has a girl from Sweden.

Recently, Eric confirmed that he is indeed in a relationship with a Swedish girl, the 17 year-old Swedish/Italian model and blogger Nicole Falciani. The couple met when Nicole interviewed Eric two or three years ago, according to himself. However, he does not want to say exactly what kind of relationship it is. “We sort of have a relationship. What kind it is, we keep to ourselves,” Eric said to
