Nadav was born in Paris, France in 1998. His family later moved to Israel. Nadav has been singing for his whole life.
His first experience as a musician was in 2014, when he entered Israel’s national selection for Eurovision 2015.Nadav says just some of his musical influences are Pharrell Williams, Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Snoop Dogg and Stevie Wonder.
Nadav is currently a student in high school. When he’s not singing, he likes to spend time with his family.
In October, Israeli broadcaster, IBA, announced that the winner of talent show, HaKokhav HaBa, would be the Israeli representative for Eurovision 2015.
After an audition, a judge’s selection phase, and a duel round, Nadav was chosen as one of the ten artists shortlisted to compete in HaKokhav HaBa. After making it through the live shows Nadav reached the final of HaKokhav HaBa.In February, Nadav was one of the four finalists competing in the grand final of HaKokhav HaBa. A combination of jury votes and televotes chose Nadav as the winner of the show, and the Israeli representative for Eurovision 2015.
Nadav’s song for Eurovision, “Golden Boy” was released in March.
