Final running order for Junior Eurovision 2016 revealed

Final running order for Junior Eurovision 2016 revealed
Emma Kiernan

Yesterday, the opening ceremony for Junior Eurovision 2016 took place in Valletta, Malta. During the ceremony, each contestant chose a ball at random. Each ball contained a number and each number corresponded with a draw in either the first half or second half of the final.

Only two balls contained a specific draw, first performance and last performance, and these draws were chosen by Ireland and Georgia, respectively. Later, as host country, Malta chose their placing in another random draw and will perform in the fifth slot in the final.

The producers of the show then were given the task of choosing the final running order.

The running order:

  1. Ireland
  2. Armenia
  3. Albania
  4. Russia
  5. Malta
  6. Bulgaria
  7. F.Y.R. Macedonia
  8. Poland
  9. Belarus
  10. Ukraine
  11. Italy
  12. Serbia
  13. Israel
  14. Australia
  15. The Netherlands
  16. Cyprus
  17. Georgia
