The juries had two non-qualifiers in their top 10, Czech Republic and Georgia. Juries placed Czech Republic as their 7th place, however televoting severely hurt the country's chance of qualifying, placing them last with just two points. The juries placed Georgia 8th. Combined with their 13th place from televoting, it was not enough for Georgia to qualify.

Televoters had one non-qualifier in their top 10, Finland. Tenth place from televoters and twelfth from the juries meant Finland did not make it to the final.

Stay tuned for the split results of semi final 2.
