The second artist is known already for the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Denmark!

The artist to represent Macedonia in Eurovision 2014 will be Tijana Dapčević. The announcement was made today that she has been internally selected by the Macedonian broadcaster MRT.

Tijana Dapčević, 37, is the older sister of Tamara Todevska, who participated in Eurovision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade, with the song “Let Me Love You.” She placed 10th in the 2nd semi final, but didn’t manage to qualify due to Charlotte Perrelli’s qualification as the “jury pick.”  Perelli had originally placed 12th.

Dapčević had previously tried for Eurovision in 2006, when she competed in “Evropesma,” the national selection for Serbia & Montenegro.  She placed 8th with the song “Greh (Sin),” failing to secure the chance to participate in Athens.  Ultimately, due to political unrest, Serbia & Montenegro withdrew from participation in 2006, and competed as two separate participants from then on.

What song will Tijana Dapčević perform in Eurovision 2014 in Denmark?
