Laura Groeseneken will represent Belgium at Eurovision 2018!

Belgium was the first country to announce their artist selection for Eurovision in Lisbon this year. Flemmish broadcaster VRT have announced they have internally selected Laura Groeseneken to represent Belgium.

Laura's participation was announced on talkshow, Van Gils & Gasten, where she performed an English version of Amar Pelos Dois, the winning song of Eurovision 2017.

Laura is a singer-songwriter and also plays piano and the melodica. She wrote the song Gravity, along with Alex Callier for the group Hooverphonic. Laura has performed at several festivals in Belgium. Since 2014, she has been performing with Ozark Henry.

Laura's song for Lisbon has yet to be revealed.
