Malta wins Junior Eurovision 2013!

After the performances of the twelves entries, Malta attained the most points and became the winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Kyiv, Ukraine! This is the first Eurovision victory ever for Malta, as they have never won either versions of the contest.

Malta won with “The Start” by Gaia Cauchi, who achieved 130 points. ¬†Coming second with 121 points was Sofia Tarasova of Ukraine with the song “We Are One.” ¬†Ilya Volkov of Belarus received 108 points and the third place with the song “Poy So Mnoy.”
