Each year post-Eurovision, fans belonging to the international fan clubs or OGAEs, get their chance to vote on the best song that did not make it to Eurovision. This year, 22 countries are competing in the OGAE Second Chance Contest.

As the winners of OGAE Second Chance 2016 with Margaret's Cool Me Down, OGAE Poland are the hosts of this year's contest.

The international fan clubs will be voting for their top 10 between now and July 15. The results will be presented in early September.

Sweden currently holds the record for most OGAE Second Chance wins, since the contest began in 1987, with 15. They are followed by the United Kingdom with 4 wins.
