Last night, Georgia held their national final and chose their entry for Eurovision 2017. 33-year-old Tako Gachechiladze was chosen as the winner and will go to Kyiv with her song Keep The Faith.

Twenty-five acts performed in last night's show. After this a 15 minute voting window was opened in which last year's Georgian representatives, Nika Kocharov & Young Georgian Lolitaz performed Midnight Gold. When the results were in, Tako was chosen as the jury favourite and was second favourite with the public, making her the overall winner of the contest.

Tako was previously part of the group Stefane & 3G who were chosen to represent Georgia at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest, however they were disqualified as the song was deemed to have a political message.

Listen to Keep The Faith below.
