The Swiss online platform is now live!
Eric Nocito

Previously, we mentioned that SRF will continue their Eurovision selection through an online platform, and starting today, SRF’s online platform for Eurovision has been launched!

The online portal went live at 8:00 CET on September 28, 2015 and will be actively accepting video submissions of prospective Eurovision songs until 8:00 CET on October 26, 2015.

After the submission period ends, online voting from users as well as from an expert jury will select 10 entries to move on to the second round.

The next step is the “Expert Check,” where the 10 entries from German-language broadcaster SRF will be performed live for an expert jury for the first time. The 10 entries will be joined by six entries from French-language channel RTS and three from Italian-language channel RSI, bringing the “Expert Check” total to 19 entries.

Only six (three from SRF, two from RTS, one from RSI)  will move on to the final on February 13, 2016 at the Bodensee Arena in Kreuzlingen.

Check out the online platform!
