The semi-final of the Ukrainian national selection will take place July 25. Entrants will begin auditioning at 14.00, local time at the NTU studio. The best contestants will be selected by a jury of four members from the world of music and show-business. These contestants will go on to compete at the final. Young performers between the ages of ten and fifteen who wish to submit an entry to the Ukrainian national selection can still do so, until July 24.

The 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to take place on November 21 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Ukraine were the winners of Junior Eurovision 2012 with Anastasiya Petryk and her song “Nebo”. Last year, the country was represented by Trio Sympho Nick who came in 6th place with “Spring Will Come”. Ukraine have also hosted Junior Eurovision on two occasions; in 2009, with Ani Lorak (Ukraine 2008) as co-host, and, in 2013 with Zlata Ognevich (Ukraine 2013) as co-host.
