Returning to the Ukrainian national final are Tetyana Shirko and Mariya Yaremchuk, who came 4th and 5th, respectively in 2013.

Also, it seems to be a competition filled with talent from singing-competition reality shows.

Anna Khodorovska, winner of the Ukrainian edition of “The Voice,” will try her luck. Also, joining her from “The Voice” is Olha Shanis.

Stas Shurins, appeared on the second season of Fabryka Zirok (Star Factory) in 2008.  He ultimately won the top spot on the show and has gone on to release numerous singles in Ukraine.

Ukrainian-Belarusian singer Yevhen Litvinkovich is not new to the stage, having competed recently in “Ukraine’s Got Talent” and “X-Factor.”

Returning for another chance on the Eurovision stage is 16-year-old Viktoriya Petryk, who received second place in Junior Eurovision 2008. Petryk also appeared on the second season of “Ukraine’s Got Talent.” Viktoriya also is the older sister of Anastasiya Petryk, winner of Junior Eurovision 2012.

The most famous on the list, by far, is that of the duet “NeAngely” (“NotAngels”).  NeAngely is well-known throughout Ukraine, having many hit singles since their start in 2006. Their entry “Courageous” has quickly become the favorite to represent Ukraine in Eurovision 2014.  The song is written by Alexander Bard (Army of Lovers) and Andreas Ohrn, both members of the Swedish electronic group, Gravitonas.
