Public Decides Three To Move On

After public televoting, it was revealed that the three acts to move on to the finals would be: Þórdís Birna Borgarsdóttir & Guðmundur Snorri Sigurðarson, Elísabet Ormslev, and Alda Dís Arnardóttir.

Past Eurovision Contestant Did Not Make the Cut

It is interesting to note that Pálmi who represented the country at their first every entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1986 with the group ICY, did not qualify.

The show will return next week to crown the winner and act to represent Iceland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016.
